- 1 whole egg

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt for pasta water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Bring large pot of salted water to boil for pasta.
- Heat skillet over medium heat, cook pancetta until crispy, 4-5 minutes. Remove, keep fat in pan.
